Hi,

You can make goods receipt for Stock in transit material to unrestricted
stock or blocked stock, then you have to issue the material to handling unit
loss or scrap.

There is not any direct posting to cater for your business requirement. You should therefore receive it into the receiving plant where a subsequent goods issue posting shall be made.
