Hi, Thank you for your response. 1) for our current issue: Did change the BUOM but received errors. The base unit of measure cannot be changed. Stocks already exist at plant level. SD documents exist (orders or deliveries) that have not yet been processed or that have been processed only in part. Most of the materials with issue on BUOM and AUN still have stocks. Clicking the error: There was diagnosis to If there are stocks in the previous period, you can clear them as follows: a) Post the stock in the previous period to the current period (for example, using movement type 561) so that the stock for the previous period is the same as the stock for the current period. b) Clear the stock with the posting date in the previous period (for example, using movement type 562). Did I understand it correctly that I will upload the stock again? I will be using the original BUOM (in this case ROL)? At what stage will I correct the BUOM? 2) If with no transaction yet: I could proceed changing the BUOM but need to the delete the Meter in the AUOM. Thank you and regards,

Then create an alt UOM of 1 ROL = 305 meters. The sales unit and unit of issue should be "blank" or essentially the Base UOM - meter. The Purchase Order unit can be ROL. A base unit of measure can be changed but it can be time consuming based on the amount of transactional data in the system. | | __.____._ Copyright © 2011 Toolbox.com and message author.
