Update BRCONNECT to latest version.
Your DB looks down which is kinda weird. Check Oracle listener status.

Hi,
This issue happened after system refresh, I am not able to run any jobs from db 13. I am able to run from orasid from os level. My environment is sun Solaris 5.10, oracle 10.2. this is the error log I am getting.
