I am implementing basic HR (OM,PA,TM,PY) for an organisation now the client wants to do performance appraisal also just wanted to know:
1. Do we have to buy license for doing performance appraisal module
2. If no then how can i configure the same in SAP
3. The organisation is not very IT savvy hence not all emp will be able to do perf appraisal online.
