By default, Excel often has problems with handling SAP text numbers correctly. It will truncate, or round, or lots of other things. Things you can try: * Make the column wider. Sometimes this will let the number display correctly * Change the cell format. By default, numbers display as numbers. Changing the format of the number field to display as text can sometimes correct the problem. * Create a blank worksheet and format the entire sheet to text. Copy the downloaded sheet and "Paste Special" - Values only. Sometimes this will also correct the problem. This is a common problem with numbers that are text based (order & document numbers, Material IDs) as well as date and time formats. Good luck. Rich -- Richard L.
