For this purpose you need to call RFC created in sap R3
Create Model in Application(DC).
In first RFC you need to Provide input .
Depending upon that input he will provide data,
Same to move data from portal to sap

There is a website where details are filled and when button(submit) is
pressed then data should move to sap. How many ways it can be done. Please
reply. Can we use abap proxy. Can abap proxy be used with out XI. There is
no middleware, just website<->tomcat web server<->jco<->sap server. Please
suggest me.
