Hi,

These EarlyWatch Checks are not the same as the Solution Manager EarlyWatch Alerts, which are automatically generated.

Your Contract allows two free EarlyWatch Checks a year if you want then carried our more often your company needs to pay for them.

sap logs in remotely to the customer system and generates on ewa report to identify the potential bottlenecks such as? cpu,memory,storage,expensive,users,programs,transa ctions etc....
sap moved this service to solution manager i.e. user can generate his own EWA reports from solution manager or he can use SAP EWA service.
