[sap-acct] Financial document not posting during cost center distribution KSV5

When we run our cost allocation we are not getting a financial document created when the cost centers have the same profit center. I have changed our configuration so it no longer has the Elim of int. Business vol checked in the PCA basic settings of the controlling area.

After I changed that setting I re-ran our allocations and I am still not getting a Financial doc.
