Hi Mridul, I just want to confirm one thing is your OS is 64bit? Hopefully it is :) From the log it looks like there is some problem with virtual memory. Can you do the followings. 1. Revert back the old parameter & restart sap (ABAP+JAVA). Check its starting or not. 2. If step one is successful then change your?new ?parameters & try to restart (ABAP+JAVA) Before & after executing both the steps take the backup of following log files & check. Maybe you get some clue. 1. dev_jcontrol* 2. dev_server* 3.dev_dispatcher* 4.latest application & default trace located in <drive>:/usr/sap/<SID>/<Instance>/j2eee/cl uster/server0/log Also follow note 943602 as mentioned in your posted log.
