Hi Mridul,

I just want to confirm one thing is your OS is 64bit? Hopefully it is :)

From the log it looks like there is some problem with virtual memory. Can you do the followings.

1. Revert back the old parameter & restart sap (ABAP+JAVA). Check its starting or not.
2. If step one is successful then change your?new ?parameters & try to restart (ABAP+JAVA)

Before & after executing both the steps take the backup of following log files & check. Maybe you get some clue.

1. dev_jcontrol*
2. dev_server*
3.dev_dispatcher*
4.latest application & default trace located in <drive>:/usr/sap/<SID>/<Instance>/j2eee/cl uster/server0/log

Also follow note 943602 as mentioned in your posted log. This will guide you to analyze virtual memory problem

Thanks & Regards
Mrinal K. Das
