Personnel Area (PA) and Personnel Subarea (PSA) are part of the Enterprise Structure. Typically, PA and PSA are defined based on geographical locations. This is usually done during blueprint stage. If your system has already gone live, it may be a challenge to re-define this setup as it will have impact to both time management and payroll.
