Hi,

Linking consolidation units is independent from the selected upload method. You can only establish a link between a consolidation unit and a SAP company, it is not possible to link at level company code.

After you link company and consolidation unit you can run a program to verify the integration, which you can run from the consolidation unit maintenance transaction.
