Hi Michael,

You should discuss your proposed solution (of adjusting your own inventory stock via cycle count or ad-hoc physical stock adjustment) with your FI team because they are all booked in your balance sheet document and any stock adjustment will be having a significant impact onto this balance sheet report. Besides, if you are not using SD module in your system (or at least activating the billing process), then how you can bill your vendor so as to offset your inventory stock reduction?
