[sap-log-sd] Rebates and 50% discount

Dear All,
I have a requirement where if a discount is >= 50% then no rebate is given
for the billing item that is created from the sales order. I have tried
userexit USEREXIT_PRICING_COPY (RV61AFZA) but we use pricing type C and it
seems the CHECK in FM PRICING_COPY before the userexit USEREXIT_PRICING_COPY
fails.
Anybody out there with the same requirement?
