[sap-hr] How to use Calculation of Employment Period in HR Ad Hoc Query?

Dear all,
I have to customized a field for IT0000 in ad hoc query, and it is expected to display the employee's seniority by two decimal year. (for emample: 3.50 for senority 3 year 6 month 0 days.)
In order to do this, I have already done configuration in "calculation of employment" (SPRO).
But, how can I call my setting by using abap code in add-on field of ad hoc query??
Can anyone help the abap syntax?
