[sap-hr] Leave Encashment Guidance Requested

Hi SAP Gurus,
I've a scenario of Final Settlement and regular payroll for which i require your expert opinion.
There are three types of leaves with their applicable leave quotas followed by my client, within regular payroll run where employee remains the part of the company, they require only one (1) leave quota compensation i.e. unvailed annual leave compensation at the fiscal year end where as upon final settlement i.e. where employee leaves the company in any case of resignation / termination / death, they require all of three (3) unavailed leaves to be compensated.
Formula by company, for calculation is as under, and is same for all leaves:
(( Gross Salary X 12 / 365) X No of Un availed days).
Please advice me the standard way of dealing with this requirement. Your help will be really appreciated.
