Hi,

There are three possibilities that alternatively took places for your background job which can be found out in SM37 transaction -

1) The backgound job was not run at all last night; or
2) The background job was started last night but ran into error; or
3) The background job was run successfully but your related material was not considered.

Cheers,
HT

Subject: Why wouldn't MRP have run overnight?

> Dear All,
Firstly, sorry as I understand this maybe be a long shot and the question is a bit vague!!
We have MRP run ever evening but for some reason, which we noticed this morning, it hadn't run yesterday evening.
Could you tell me the possible reasons why MRP would not have run? And of any checks that can be made to resolve this?
Bear with me on this as I'm trying to describe something I'm not familiar with!?
Many thanks for you help!!
