Hi,
You should always apply the whole support package stack, not single
packages.
It seems you're not too familiar with SAP system administration or the
support package concept, so I would recommend taking a look at
http://service.sap.com/sp-stacks and read the documentation there.
I guess you have applied the patch in DEV and QA already, as you're about to
apply it in PROD now. Did all test scripts in QA finish successfully?

hi i will be applying patch sapkh60013 in prd server can any one explain
what precautionds needs to be take plus are there any subsequent patches
that needs to be apply along with the mention patch level in sap basis
