[sap-hr] Calculation for Prorating of Quota Accruals

Hi All, Looking at what the best practice calculation for prorating leave accruals for an employee on hire and termination. For example, right now our system is currently counting the days up until the evaluated day in the period and then dividing that by days in the period (14) for fortnightly and (30/31) for monthly. Should this be based on total period of 14 days for fortnightly and 30/31 days for monthly, or based on working days in that accrual period. For example Emp X worked a full fortnight at his termination. His last day of work was Fri 19th June. Term effective the Sat 20th. When time eval run his accrual reduced , I don't think this is right??? He should have received his full accrual.
