add a delivery priority to the customer master for all customers, say 01 - high value customer & 02 normal customer. You need to add a delivery priority to all customer masters, as I have had inconsistant results where some orders haVE A BLANK delivery priority value.
All orders created for a "high value" customer will have priority over "normal" customer. You can also manually chage the delivery priority at sales order entry to upgrade a sale...
Run V_V2 to reschedule the available stocks to the "hgh value" customers...
