Hi
Prorating should base on normal full time(F/T) working days in the accrual period. For example, let an abs quota be 20dys p.a. with 7h/day and 5 wkg dys/week for F/T. Then per f/n it is 5.36619 hrs entered as a const in the base entl.
The reduction rule will have: basic data = Capacity Utilization Level, key date = Day by Day in accr period, Reduction rule = accr period, To pcnt = No, From pcnt = proportionate redn. If you hit Help key in each field, you can find lot of info.
Then finally, try with different combination and see how it works.
One client wants P/T empl to get accrual based on WS on the last day of accrual, then the Key date will be = end of accr prd.
