Dear SAP Friends,
I ve a problem in ECM. My Client is asking for the requirement mentioned
below
The calculation base for compensation planning is annual salary. It should
be calculated in the following way:
* Calculation base = basic
salary x 12,96. *
*i.e if the monthly salary is $1000 than 1000X12.96 for the annual salary
and *

After the increase has been approved, the system should calculated the
increased monthly salary to be updated in IT0008 according to the formula:
* Increased monthly salary = new yearly
salary divided into 12,96*

*Which means if the annual increase is $ 500= yearly salary i.e 1000X
12.96= $12960 divided by 12.96*
**
*can anyone tell me how to encounter this issue. Moreover, could you also
tell me do i need to write a Business add in or we can resolve in
configuration.*
*if in configuration where do in need to configure*
