As per ur system Bill-to-party will be Chandigarh and Ship-to-Party wud be either Haryana or Punjab.
One thing u need to understand here.
Bill-to-Party is usually Sold-to-Party.
Ship-to-party/Final receiver are the associated companies or gowdown's for the sold-to-party/bill-to-party.
