Yes Thanks for understanding correctly this is what I want to do . I have a biztalk that communicates on this ports. can you please tell me in detail how can i setup the connection so that these system talks.
My one system is in US another is in Germany.
Please provide me details.

Hi Sam,
Yes it is possible provided you have the firewall ports allowing sap traffic between the networks.
You must allow ports 32##/tcp and 33##/tcp ( ## = system number )
I have setup RFC connections between systems in s network in London and systems in Chicago.
