Using account assignment K will book all your costs in the cost center.
You should choose the account assignment cat as "Ind order with customer" (I dont have the exact term right now as I am not in from of the system. But you will come to know with this description). having done this, system will ask for Internal Order in the account assignments tab page. you can enter it there.

Subject: [sap-log-mm] Purchase orders with Internal orders.
Hello Experts,
FI consultants are creating internal orders which is connected to cost centers.
So My requirement is While creating purchase orders , i need to enter internal order in the purchase order.
So that specific materials(stock items) which i am purchasing, the cost of material should go into that internal order(which is having a specific cost center ) .
But now in PO if i directly give a/c assignment as 'K' then system will ask the cost center ,then system will directly take material in consumption and doesnt show in stock.
So my requirement is i want to book certain stock materials to a specific cost center with a internal order
through a purchase order. And after GR, system should show these materials in the stock.
So pls guide me in this scenario.
Thanking you,
Anil.
