Jorge, Search in the net. There is a pdf of an old version (3x) with the main tables involved in each module.
The tables should be provided by your Functional analyst.
For Tables and indexes -> run tcode SE11. A good hint is to perform a where used and evaluate if the table is related to a logical DB. (it is a hierachical structure).
