I have a little experience on it. Only those PPM with changed flag will be selected into CIF queue. If your PPM CIFed but failed in batch job, It will not catch any new changes so it will not transfer into APO. You can do mini unimportant change in PV description, and then use CFP3 to transfer this new change to APO. __.____._
