Thank you so much! You confirmed my findings, I had previously ran a report to determine all parts currently with/without a control cycle.
We will clear the negative inventory, do a physical inventory, and set-up the missing control cycles. Thanks again!

Hello,
If you find negative inventory in 914 means that control cycle for that part is missing. This will cause failure in WM material staging so there won't be any TR. You have to take the positive inventory from the production supply area if you transferred manually, or from the stock. You must have taken physically but not in SAP.
And you have to create control cycle to avoid the problem in the future.
