Reply from wagoss56 on Jul 21 at 1:48 PM The above gives you current over due PM's. To get the work orders that were completed late, IP24 where Order Number not equal to blank, Completion date not equal to blank. Subtract the Completion Date from the Planned date to get the number of days completed late. Two things, One it doesn't do it without having to put it into Excel, Two, it assumes that your Deadline monitoring runs successfully on a nightly basis. Any errors from deadline monitoring would have been fixed prior to the due date which ensures you get a work order at the correct time) IP24 is very useful in looking at what your PM schedules and completions.

How can I get an overall report if the preventive maintenance was done in time? In the IW39 there are both the planned date and the real date field, so it should be easy to get some kind of analysis in the SAP. I don´t want to do it in the Excel... :-) Thank you in advance for your help:-) Ivana | | Reply to this email to post your response. __.____._ | In the Spotlight Become a blogger at Toolbox.com and share your expertise with the community.
