After maintaining the request for correspondence, Please go to t code f.64
to maintain correspondence and you have to give the correspondence program
to execute the correspondence.
For eg SAP 19 is programe name for customer invoice... to print
correspondence for Customer statement.

HI guys,I am having a problem viewing a customer statement in spool,when I run f.27,I fill in the required fields then I execute..,after that,it says one periodic statement was executed.then it says a correspondence was issued,do you want to issue a request...then I click yes.
however,when I go to sp01.it says list contains no data.
what could be the problem,why cant I view it in spool |
