Question from tariqsamuel on Jul 27 at 5:40 AM HI guys,I am having a problem viewing a customer statement in spool,when I run f.27,I fill in the required fields then I execute..,after that,it says one periodic statement was executed.then it says a correspondence was issued,do you want to issue a request...then I click yes.
however,when I go to sp01.it says list contains no data.
what could be the problem,why cant I view it in spool
