Thanks for your immediate response to my question.
Just a clarification - supposing we will go with your 2nd recommendation - For example, we are already using org unit ID 50000001 in SRM and there is the same id in R/3 HR org, but for a different organization, when replication is done in SRM, will it overwrite the existing (is this what you mean by above) or will replication fail?
On 1st recomendation, my concern will be on the existing transactions in EBP... can we delete existing org in SRM, replicate HR org without impacting the EBP process/transactions?
Your help is very much appreciated. I apologize if this is confusing.
