If that isn´t possible, please indicate me the BAPI used to control table USR02.

Hello Thomas,
Write a small ABAP code using last login date USR02.
Put conditions like for new accounts & used accounts.
Schedule the same program as a background job everyday/weekly, it will lock
all accounts automatically if conditions are met.
