Ours is not automatic but works really well. We use CATT scripts to
check USR02 and then run SU01 to disable for a few days just in case
someone comes back. Then run another CATT script to delete the users.
I don't think removing the users in one shot is such a good idea. It
creates more work for everyone in case you have to re-instate one or
more users. But this is more of a policy decision.
