Hi,

Configure a w/t by copying any taxable w/t. When it is copied, it lists the tables that have the copied entries. The transport request task also will show that.
Check if the entries are valid. For example, the posting config may be incorrect. Go to posting config - symbolic assigned. IF you need a different symbolic, create one. Then the symbolic should be assigned to the w/t. The symbolic needs to be assigned to the appropriate GL a/c.
Similarly the w/t needs to be assigned to the correct infotype.

Alternatively, you can create a new w/t with all the details selected as you need.

Regards,
JG

Subject: Non Cash Bonus Wage Type

Hi all,

Can you please help me with the following scenario of wage type can be created:

Non Cash Bonus (like gold, etc. given as gift to the employee) and the employee need to pay taxes in SAP.

Example: The gold is worth $1000 so we need to have a wage type which deducts taxes out of SAP from his regular pay (employee will have to pay the tax and not employer).

For $1000 let's say $100 is the tax - this should be deducted from regular employee salary.

We don't want to do it through IT0221.

Thanks,
Krishna
