Everyone else should briefly check 329537 if unfamiliar. I believe it's a fairly annoying, somewhat common problem. Maybe I'm just lucky.

Carol described 'the issue' better than others I've heard. I've investigated this as an 'email problem', because a report was cut short when it arrived in the inbox, but was fine online. I've also investigated it as an issue on conversion of ALI to PDF, where a post-converted PDF file always terminated after XX pages. It seems to me that no one will ever report it as a problem 'that occurs after spooling 1000 lines of batch output'.
