[sap-log-sd] Due to the configured item being reserved, we cannot ship sales order.

We are seeing orders in Production with reserve quantities on the Sales Order for the configured item on the Shipping tab of the Sales Order. This is occurring on all Sales Order Types ("***** Sales Orders", "EMO Sales Orders", Warranty Sales Orders"). Due to the configured item being "reserved", we cannot ship the sales orders. Currently, this is a big issue for EMOs, but will become a big issue for houses. The only change that we have made is to place the Project # and Task # on the "Others" tab of the Sales Order.
How can I get this to work ?. Any help would be appreciated
