I would suggest using different wage types based on mode of transport. They can be input in IT 8 or 14. Any adjustment can be in IT 15.
To reduce for leave days, use a value in factoring pr cl 10. The configuration in XPPF or the rules under it, reduce by leave days.

Hi,
I have a scenario, i am doing HR implementation for an Indian factory. Here the client pays conveyance allowance to employees in following manner.
cycle = Rs 100
bike = Rs 50/day
car = Rs 80/day
but there is another condition to it the payment will be deducted for the days employee is on leave and the days employee does not get his vehicle to office.
Please tell me how i can handle payment in this scenario, what conditions and wage type and required configurations.
