| In October, the US Court of Appeals for the DC Circuit upheld the FCC's vote to repeal Obama-era rules that protected net neutrality. The ruling, though, created mixed results for both sides of the issue, as the court also declared that the FCC went beyond its authority by prohibiting states from writing their own rules. As a result, there's new life in the fight for net neutrality.
