What are your Scheduling parameter settings for your work order configuration (not maintenance plan Scheduling parameters, but work order config)?

Hi Team,
When work order is created from maintenance plan basic start date is moved to 2020 year. Actually basic start date should be planned date that is (August 2017) but it is coming as Feb 2020 year. Can you please suggest what will be the reason for this.This happens to same work center maintenance plans only.
