Reply from wagoss56 on Jul 20 at 11:02 PM Have you tried IP24 and tried entering you date range, e.g. completed date versus planned date? SAP won't do the calculation for you, that is what BW is for 😉 If you do it via IW38 and do the same thing with the dates. Which date you use is dependent on whether you are using Forward or backwards Scheduling. Typically you would use Backwards Scheduling so the Basic Finish date will equal the plan date (due date). In this case run IW38 where you have In Process or Released work orders that have a Basic Finish date less than the current date.

How can I get an overall report if the preventive maintenance was done in time? In the IW39 there are both the planned date and the real date field, so it should be easy to get some kind of analysis in the SAP. I don´t want to do it in the Excel... :-) Thank you in advance for your help:-) Ivana | | Reply to this email to post your response. __.____._ | _.____.__ |
