Find Authorization Objects that are 'Check Maintained' for transaction FBL1N using SU24 transaction.
Search for those Authorization Objects in the role.
You will find value '02' is missing in ACTVT field of some or all of the Authorization Objects that are linked to the transaction FBL1N.
Add the the missing value of '02' to Activity field and it should display edit option again.

Recently we modified some Finance role, and observed User Previously able to edit customer Assignment or payment term Field using Edit (Pencil Logo) in Transaction "fbl1n"
Now after new creation of Role this button is not appearing in Transaction Code - "fbl1n "
How do I get that edit button?
