Hi All,

Also, from SM04 you can know the ip address by choosing the layout options. Click change layout choose IP Address from the Column set and add to Displayed columns, then you will find IP address of the user.

Open the command prompt and type the below command. You will get the computer name.
Ping - a < ip address>
