Reply from LCC352 on Jul 31 at 4:52 PM Hi, Gale - Assuming you're using KP26 to do the price updates, you can always use a group there. It will show you every activity within the group, allowing you to change the individual rates there. I'm just not sure that's what you're asking. I believe you're asking if there is a way to input a number once and have it carry through to all activities in the group. Is that correct? If so, investigate whether or not SAP's budget upload via Excel extends to Activity Types. There is definitely a way to configure SAP to allow the use of an Excel spreadsheet to upload budget numbers so you don't have to input each individual account for a cost center by hand. The same might be true for Activity Types, but I'm not sure. Take a look. - Lou

These activity types are transportation fees and change yearly. It is a long and tedious job updating the data in the cost centers one at a time. Is there a way to use a cost center group to expidite this process? | | Reply to this email to post your response. __.____._ | In the Spotlight Become a blogger at Toolbox.com and share your expertise with the community.
