Hello Sachin,
One idea would be to use Business Process Monitoring (BPMon) - in particular the Monitoring on SAP BW data. The data regarding errors/exceptions are already collected and transferred into SAP Solution Manager's BW (for use in RCA - Exception Analysis).
The monitor could be adapted/configured in such a way that it accesses this data in SAP Solution Manager (in your case the ABAP dumps of a particular system). Once this is achieved, the setting up of alert thresholds and notifications (email message, service desk message, etc...) is then relatively quickly achieved.
Do you by chance have an SAP Solution Manager system with recent SP (i.e. ST-A/PI, ST-PI, ST-SER) applied? Did you set up RCA (i.e. Solution Manager Diagnostics) for the managed systems/satellite systems already?
