I close the topics, I have found the solution, effectively the SD customer hierarchy could be affected to multiple divisions. In CO this affectation is not possible because of the lack of division. In my case I have to create a new CO customer hierarchy in order to be able to use customer hierarchy in KE30.

We used customer hierarchy in SD in order to be able to give special price conditions to our Customers.
Theses customer hierarchies were defined with the same customer node for each division.
When we try to used customer hierarchy in KE30 we have a message saying that the customer hierarchy is not unique.
It's working fine is SD, we only have an info message when we want to see the customer hierarchy for all division. The message say that there is multiple affectation for the hierarchy.
our hierarchy first level:
1040 F1 F1 480000
1040 F1 F2 480000
1040 F1 F3 480000
1040 F1 F4 480000
F1 to F4 are divisions
Why I couldn't used this structure in KE30 ? Could somebody give me the correction I must apply to my structure in order to be able to use Customer hierarchy in KE30 ?
