This is a good question. It is possible to pull actual shipment cost in billing document using copying control functionlity.
I guess quite likely (not 100% sure though) that we shall be able push data to COPA from billing document.

Hi experts,
Can shipment costs be reported in CO-PA?
I understand that postings related to shipment costs go to the G/L and Cost centre but the business wants to have visibility in CO-PA for calculation of their margin (at the material level). Any suggestions?
