Hi HT,
Thank you for your input.
Can you be more specific in the 'strict control of the material master record in MM01'? The credit is entered with movement type 262 and 282.
For safety stock field as mandatory - please note that the credit is created via transaction MIGO, is has nothing to do with material master maintenance.

Hi,
I would believe it can be easily solved through the strict control of the material master record in MM01 transaction. Alternatively, you can set up the safety stock field as mandatory so that value shall be entered manually during material master maintenance.
