Hi Dhoundiyal,
You can do that, but i think more regular practice of paying arrears are through month end payroll followed by retro-run as here data are generally pulled from IT8 once your retro wagetypes for the same components are configured in the PCRs. You can get here the right income tax/PF/PT deduction also.
