[sap-hr] Hire/Rehire action

Hi Guys,
When I do a hire or rehire action and try to set up infotype 210, the start date(hire/rehire start date) of infotype 210 automatically changes to the start date (01/01/1980) of the filing status table when I use the pull down for it
01 Single 01/01/1980 12/31/9999
02 Married 01/01/1980 12/31/9999
06 Head of household or family 01/01/1980 12/31/9999
If I type the filing status, the start date of the infotype 210 remains the same as rehire/hire date.
