rwhanco, thanks for the suggestion, will look into it.
Peter, using your example, what we want is DC1 to get material A from Plant1, Plant2, or Plant3 depending on the capacity and component availability in each of those plants. We would want the system to intelligently choose which is the best fit based on that criteria, or at least have the ability to make that choice manually. And that decision has to be made after sales order entry.
